How long will it take to receive my orders?

Generally we ship the same day your order is placed, if you order is submitted by 4:00 PM PST. An order usually takes from 1-6 days via UPS ground, depending on your location within contiguous United States.

Will you ship using my prefer shipper if I provide my account info?

Yes we will, only after you contact us directly by phone or e-mail in advance so, we can verify your account status.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and C.O.D. International orders must be paid via bank wire transfer.

Do you charge sales tax?

Sales tax will be added to purchases made from customers who reside in California, unless you submit a California Seller's Permit prior to purchase. The Sales tax rate for California customers is 8.75%, which is the current rate in San Bernardino County.

Does Xumark offer credit terms to business?

Xumark offers Net 30 days terms to independent technicians, office machine dealers, equipment and supply exporters, government agencies, schools and qualified businesses, on approved credit. Please request a credit application.

How do I track an order once it's been shipped?

Once your order has been processed and shipped, an email containing the tracking number will be sent to your registered email. If you do not receive the shipping confirmation email within 1 to 5 business days from your order date, E-mail us at support@xumark.com.
